These terms apply to the service Palmera runs for real estate agents and agencies. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You sign in with a code sent to your email, so anyone who can read that inbox can sign in. Keep it secure. In an agency, the owner decides who is on the team and what each person may change.
Plans and credits
Each plan comes with monthly credits that renew on the same day every month and don't roll over. An action that costs credits shows its price on the button before you use it, and credits are taken only when it succeeds. While payments are being connected, our team changes plans on request.
What you are responsible for
You are responsible for what you send to your clients, for holding the licence your market requires, and for getting any advertising permit your market requires before you publish an advertisement.
Project information
Prices, payment plans and availability come from developers and can change. Check them with the developer before a client signs or pays.
Your content
Your photo, logo, contacts and leads stay yours. You allow us to use them only to run the service for you and your team.
Closing an account
You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk.
