They renew every month
Your plan's credits renew on the same day each month. Credits you didn't use don't carry over.
You hear before you run out
You get an alert at 80% of the month's credits and another at 100%.
You choose the AI model
Haiku 5.5 costs a twentieth of these prices and never less than one credit. Opus 5.5 costs double.

What happens if I run out of credits?
Anything that costs credits waits until next month's credits arrive or you change plans. The catalog, your client pages and the CRM keep working.
Do I pay for each agent on my team?
No. On Agency the whole team works from one pool of credits, and adding an agent costs nothing.
Is the AI agent an extra?
No. There's no monthly fee for it. Each conversation costs 30 credits from your plan.
Which AI model are the prices for?
Sonnet 5.5, the default. Haiku 5.5 costs a twentieth and Opus 5.5 costs double, and the button always shows the real price first.
How do I pay?
