• Sign-in (lagoon_session): keeps you signed in, for up to 30 days.
• Workspace (lagoon_ws): remembers the agency you work in, for up to 400 days.
• Language (NEXT_LOCALE): remembers your language, for a year.
• Theme (lagoon_theme) and client view (lagoon_cv): remember how you chose to see the app.
• Sign-up and sign-in steps (lagoon_ticket, lagoon_pending, lagoon_google, lagoon_connect): carry you from one step to the next, for 10 to 30 minutes.
• Your cookie choice (rt_consent): remembers what you chose, for a year.
• Pages agents send (lg_v, on those pages only): keeps a client's conversation with the page's assistant and counts their visits for the agent, for a year.

2. Cookies that measure

Used only with your consent in Europe and the UK.

• How you reached us (lagoon_attr): the site that sent you, the first page you opened and the campaign in the link, until you sign up, for up to 30 days.
• A partner's referral (rt_ref): the code of the partner whose link you used, for 90 days from your first visit, so the partner is credited if you sign up. Without consent it lasts only for your visit.

3. Kept in your browser

Your accessibility settings and some screen preferences are kept in your browser's storage, not sent to us. You can remove them by clearing your browser's data for this site.

4. Your choice

In Europe and the UK the site asks before it keeps cookies that measure. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser; without the necessary ones, signing in will not work.
