Do I need my own Bayut and Property Finder accounts?

Yes. Realton sends with your agency's own keys, so the listings are yours, under your agents' names. Publishing uses your portal credits as it always does, and Realton shows Property Finder's price before you confirm.

Which units can I list?

Units for sale in UAE projects that come from the developer's list, each with its unit number, size and exact price. There are no listings of the kind 2 bedrooms from a price: every listing is one real unit.

What about the permit?

Dubai and Abu Dhabi require an advertising permit for every listing (Trakheesi in Dubai, ADREC in Abu Dhabi). In Dubai, Realton checks the number with the DLD through Property Finder, and Bayut reviews it before the listing goes live. In the other emirates the permit is optional.

What happens when a unit sells or its price changes?

Realton checks every half hour. A unit the developer no longer offers is taken down, and its agent is told. A new price goes to Bayut by itself. On Property Finder in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, where the price must match the permit, the agent is asked to update the permit.
