The code stays with the visitor for 90 days from their first visit. If they come back and sign up within that time, they sign up under you, even without your link the second time. If another partner's link reached them first, that partner keeps them.

Who can become a partner?
Anyone aged 18 or over: agents, agencies, consultants, trainers and people who create content for the real estate market. You do not need to use Realton yourself.
When exactly do I earn $39?
When an agent or agency that signed up through your link pays for their first plan. A free account earns nothing until it pays. Each agency counts once, whatever its size.
Does a member of an agency's team count?
No. A referral is a new agent or agency that opens its own account through your link. People invited into an existing team do not count.
What if the agent reached Realton through someone else?
The first partner whose link they used keeps them for 90 days. After that, the next partner link they come through counts.
Can I refer my own agency?
No. Your own account and accounts you control are not referrals.
Who pays tax on what I earn?
You do. Payouts are made gross, and you declare them where you are required to.
