Partner terms

1. Who can join

You must be at least 18, give accurate details and keep them up to date. A company must join in its registered name. You may not join from a country we cannot work with; such countries are not offered when you join. We may decline or end a membership at our discretion.

2. Your link and its code

You get a personal code. A visit counts as yours when it comes to any page of realton.ai with your code added to the address (?ref=CODE).

3. Referrals and the 90 days

The code is kept in the visitor's browser for 90 days from their first visit. An agent or agency that opens a new Realton account within that time, from that browser, is your referral. The first partner whose link was used keeps the referral for those 90 days.

A referral is a new agent's or agency's own account. A person invited into an existing team, your own account, accounts you control, and accounts opened by misleading people do not count. In Europe and the UK, if a visitor declines cookies that measure, the code is kept only for that visit.

4. The commission

You earn USD 39 once for each referral, when it pays for its first plan. A referral that never pays earns nothing. If a payment is reversed or found to be fraudulent, the commission for it is cancelled, and taken off your balance or a later payout.

5. Payouts

You can ask for a payout once your available balance is at least USD 100; we pay the whole available balance. We pay by bank transfer to an account in your own name or your company's registered name, or in USDT on TRC20, ERC20 or BEP20 to a wallet that is yours. We do not pay to third-party accounts or exchange deposit addresses, and we cannot send money to banks in Iran, North Korea, Cuba or Russia.

For your security, a payout can be requested 48 hours after your payout details change. We may ask for proof of identity before a payment. Bank and network fees may be deducted.

6. Taxes

Commissions are paid gross. You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax on them. If the law requires us to withhold tax, we do.

7. How you may promote Realton

Promote Realton honestly and in line with the law. You may not:

• send spam or messages to people who have not agreed to receive them;
• bid on "Realton" or similar words in search advertising, or use domains or accounts that could be confused with ours;
• present yourself as Realton, or promise anything Realton does not offer;
• offer money or rewards for signing up, or open accounts for others;
• use the logo in any form other than the files we provide.

8. Independence

You are an independent partner, not our employee, agent or representative. You may not make commitments on our behalf.

9. Personal data

You see your referrals by initials only, and whether they pay. You may not try to identify them or use their data. We handle your own data as our privacy policy describes.

10. Suspension and ending

You can leave at any time by writing to us. We may suspend or end your membership if you break these terms; commissions earned through a breach are cancelled. Commissions earned fairly before an ending are paid once they reach the minimum, or within 90 days of the ending.

11. Liability

The programme is offered as it is. We are not liable for indirect loss or lost profit, and our total liability to you is limited to the commissions due to you.

12. Changes

We may change these terms or the commission. We tell you by email at least 14 days before a change; commissions already earned are not reduced. If you do not accept a change, you can leave the programme.

13. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. Where a translation and the English text differ, the English text prevails.
