Connect Claude or ChatGPT to Realton

One address connects Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code and Cursor to your Realton. You sign in, see which app is asking and for which workspace, and choose Allow.

The address

Every app below takes this address. You do not need a key.

You need a Realton workspace on the Pro plan or higher, and an account in the AI app. Each app decides which of its own plans can add a connector.

Claude

On claude.ai, in the desktop app and in the mobile app. Add it once and it is there in all of them.

Open Customize, then Connectors.
Choose + Add, then Add custom connector.
Name it Realton, paste the address, and choose Continue.
Keep the sign-in settings Claude found, choose Continue, then Add.
Realton opens. Sign in if it asks, check the workspace, and choose Allow.
In a chat, choose +, then Connectors, and turn Realton on.

On Claude Team or Enterprise, an owner adds it once: Organization settings › Connectors › Add › Custom › Web. Then each person opens Customize › Connectors, finds Realton and chooses Connect.

On Claude's Free plan you can add one custom connector.

ChatGPT

On chatgpt.com, in the browser.

Open Plugins, at chatgpt.com/plugins.
Choose +, then Add custom MCP server.
Name it Realton and paste the address as the Server URL.
For authentication, choose OAuth.
Read the warning, choose I understand and want to continue, then Create as a plugin.
Realton opens. Sign in if it asks and choose Allow.
In a chat, type @ and choose Realton.

Whether you can add a custom MCP server depends on your ChatGPT plan, and in a Business or Enterprise workspace on what its admin allows.

Claude Code

Add Realton for all your projects:

In Claude Code, type /mcp, choose realton and sign in in the browser that opens. On Realton's page, choose Allow.

Cursor

Add Realton to ~/.cursor/mcp.json for all your projects, or to .cursor/mcp.json in one project:

The first time, Cursor sends you to Realton to sign in. Choose Allow.

An app that takes a key

Some apps send a fixed header instead of signing in. An owner or an admin makes a key in Settings › API and MCP with AI clients (MCP) ticked, and the app sends it as Authorization: Bearer followed by the key.

A key acts as the person who made it. Keep it out of chats, shared files and screenshots. If it leaks, revoke it in Settings and make a new one.

What your AI can do

The same as Realton's own assistant, with the same reach: an agent works with their own clients, an owner or an admin with the whole agency's.

How it stays safe

It works as the person who allowed it, and sees only what they see in Realton.
It sends nothing to a client. A brochure link or a post is a draft that you open, check and send yourself.
Every app you connected is listed in Settings › API and MCP, where you can disconnect it. An owner or an admin sees the whole team's.
It stops by itself when the workspace leaves the Pro plan, or when the person who allowed it leaves the workspace.

If something does not work

The app says "Connecting AI clients is part of the Pro plan and up"

The workspace is on the Free plan. Change the plan, then connect again.

Realton says "This link to connect is not complete"

The link the app opened was cut short or is too old. Start again from the AI app.

The app says the connection stopped working

It was disconnected in Settings, or the person who allowed it left the workspace. Remove Realton in the app and add it again.

Claude does not let you add another connector

Claude's Free plan allows one custom connector. Remove another one, or move to a paid Claude plan.

ChatGPT does not show Add custom MCP server

Your ChatGPT plan, or your workspace's admin, does not allow custom MCP servers.
